Below on the left is an attempt to share an on-going list of shows Slyrox Music has worked, went to, met the band, been back stage at, etc. There are surely ones missed or unmemorable. On the right is the number of times that the shows have been attended, whether willing or not.

The Mission of Slyrox Music is to help promote interest in and further create auxiliary exploitation of music and the arts and create awareness of their importance in society for artists as well as their audience and respective patrons. To accomplish this Slyrox Music and related associates will remain dedicated to attract and widen interest and knowledge though opportunities, activities, and events through their relevant communities. Slyrox Music is a company that is an enthusiast of music, music products, and music promotion.

"In the Old Days, pre-Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd played to audiences which, by virtue of their size, allowed an intimacy of connection that was magical. However, success overtook us and by 1977 we were playing in football stadiums. The magic, crushed beneath the weight of numbers. We were becoming addicted to the trappings of popularity. I found myself increasingly alienated in that atmosphere of avarice and ego until one night in the Olympic Stadium, Montreal, the boil of my frustrations burst. Some crazed teenage fan was clawing his way up the storm netting that separated us from the human cattle pen in front of the stage screaming his devotion to the demi-gods beyond his reach. Incensed by his misunderstanding and my own connivance, I spat my frustration in his face. Later that night; back at the hotel shocked by my behaviour I was faced with a choice. To deny my addiction and embrace that "comfortably numb" but "magic-less" existence or accept the burden of insight, take the road less travelled and embark on the often painful journey to discover who I was and where I fit. The Wall was the picture I drew for myself to help me make that choice."

Roger Waters

" Listen to the stage manager and get on stage when they tell you to. Know one has time for the rockstar Bullsh*t. None of the techs backstage care if you're David Bowie or the milkman . When you act like a jerk, they are completely unimpressed with the infantile display that you might think comes with you're dubious status. They were there hours before you building the stage, and they will be there hours after you tearing it down. They should get your salary and you should get theirs."

Henry Rollins

"The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side."

Hunter S. Thompson

"You must be single minded. Drive for the one thing on which you have decided. You will find that you will make some people miserable; those you love and very often yourself. And, if it looks like you are getting there, all kinds of people, including some whom you thought were loyal friends, will suddenly show up doing their Goddamndest, hypocritical best to trip you up, blacken you, and break your spirit. Politicians are the worst; they'll wear their country's flag in public, but they'll use it to wipe their asses in the caucus room, if they think that it will win them a vote."

Gen. George S. Patton
